Bridal Emergency Kit

When it comes to your best day ever the LAST thing you want is to have to run to the store for last minute emergency items. It's a good thing you've got a Hawaii wedding planner working for you! They've got your back. With a wedding planner your emergency kit list literally goes from 5+ pages of stuff to just a handful that can be tossed into a little bag, we'll take care of the rest. Here's what you need:
Lipstick - if you have a specific shade you wear, you may want to have it on hand to do touch ups during the night, especially after you eat.
Nail polish in your shade - Let's face it, your wedding planner isn't going to have every shade of the rainbow when it comes to your nail polish, so unless your sporting a French manicure, have your particular shade handy in case of any touch ups.

Powder - You wanna always look flawless on your best day ever so it's always good to have your powder to help you freshen up throughout the day.

Back-up CD or MP3 player filled with your wedding song playlist - When you hire a professional DJ you can count on them on having a huge selection of music, but if you have a particular taste or a few songs that aren't really mainstream, always have a back CD of your wedding playlist, or simply have an mp3 with the playlist available. It is also wise to share this playlist with your DJ during the planning stages of your wedding.
Flat Shoes - Let’s face it, your best day ever will probably be the longest day ever, for your feet anyway. As much as we’d like to sport our fancy wedding shoes the whole night, it just may not be practical. Have a pair of comfortable flats to retire into once your feet have had enough, this will allow you to dance the night away!

Extra Contact Lenses - This item isn’t for every bride. I added this one just from my own experience. My vision is really bad and without my contacts, I literally cannot see. Every once in a while my contacts would pop out, leaving me to do the pirate face just so I could see out of my “good” eye. No problem if you carry around your glasses where ever you go, but I don’t. And on your special day, when you’re all made up, you may not be in a spectacle-wearing kinda mood. Always good to have an extra set of contacts as back up.

All the other stuff? Don't worry, your wedding planner will have everything else under the sun packed away in their emergency kit. The items listed above are just the things that are specific to the individual bride, each bride is different. Any other items you would include in this list, any other "must haves"? We'd love to hear your feedback!
