Very near and dear to our hearts, Best Day Ever had a lot of fun putting all the little details together. So you know you don't want to have an indoor wedding at a hotel, but have discovered that finding an outdoor venue in Hawaii has become quite the daunting task. Should you have it outdoors near the beach? And if so, what beach? At a beautiful property somewhere? You have a picture of the perfect atmosphere in your mind but can't quite put a finger on where to find it. Let your favorite Hawaii Wedding Planners help. Here are a few tips and some of our suggestions for the best in Hawaii Wedding Venues.


Tips: Outdoor / Beach Hawaii Wedding Venues.
Pros: Outdoor weddings may be a bit more work, but could create an ambiance that your guests may love. Mood lighting, waves crashing and full moons can be a beautiful mood setter. Outdoor weddings can cover both the Wedding Ceremony & Reception in one shot. Thus, guests don't need to travel anywhere. Separation of Ceremony & Reception can be created with decor. Outdoor weddings generally create a more relaxed and intimate setting. Perhaps this may be perfect for you?!
Cons: Although outdoor Hawaii weddings usually cost less than hotel venues initially, they may often end up costing more at the end. Outdoor locations typically don't include tent rentals, plates/silverware/glasses, table cloths, tables, chairs, lighting, catering, set up and break down crew etc. All of those things, you must pay for separately. However, they do allow for more personalization and extra time for you and your guests.

Dwaynette & Travis - A Romantic Hawaii Love Story

I have had the privilege of knowing Dwaynette & Travis for quite some time. They are an charming couple who are clearly each others soul mates, perfect for each other in every way. It is a rare thing really, to find a couple who can crack each other up the way Dway and travis can, it's like just a glance sometimes and they're on the ground rolling in laughter - the both of them.  They have been through a lot together - and I have seen Travis hold back Dways hair after a night of partying too hard and I have seen Dway take care of Travis in more ways than one. It is undeniable however, that together there is a wonderful and amazing love story, one that has taken years to blossom, and that is still in fact, still growing - beautifully and in gods perfection. I'm super excited to share with you a few pics from their engagement shot taken by a wonderful and talented Hawaii Photographer - Bianca Photography.
