Very near and dear to our hearts, Best Day Ever had a lot of fun putting all the little details together. Should you have it outdoors near the beach? And if so, what beach? At a beautiful property somewhere? You have a picture of the perfect atmosphere in your mind but can't quite put a finger on where to find it. Tips: Outdoor / Beach Hawaii Wedding Venues.
Pros: Outdoor weddings may be a bit more work, but could create an ambiance that your guests may love. Mood lighting, waves crashing and full moons can be a beautiful mood setter. Outdoor weddings can cover both the Wedding Ceremony & Reception in one shot. Thus, guests don't need to travel anywhere. Separation of Ceremony & Reception can be created with decor. Outdoor weddings generally create a more relaxed and intimate setting. Perhaps this may be perfect for you?!
Cons: Although outdoor Hawaii weddings usually cost less than hotel venues initially, they may often end up costing more at the end. Outdoor locations typically don't include tent rentals, plates/silverware/glasses, table cloths, tables, chairs, lighting, catering, set up and break down crew etc. All of those things, you must pay for separately. However, they do allow for more personalization and extra time for you and your guests.
